In light of the recent storm events this past week, I’ve noticed a major difference in professors around the campus. On Monday my Animal Metabolism professor seemed panicked and told us that because of our little break we were behind in the syllabus and we would have to hurry through to get caught up. All of us sighed and rolled our eyes, thinking we’re only two days behind…Not a big deal. She obviously thought it was. Now as for other professors they don’t seem to mind…Like my Meat Technology teacher. According to the syllabus we were suppose to have an Exam on Tuesday when I asked if that would still happen he looked at me and asked, “We were suppose to have an exam?” He informed the class later on that the syllabus was etched in stone like the 10 Commandments, and would not change unless an act of God was to come down upon us. When a girl panicked and got her notes out to study he asked her “What is a snow storm?” She sighed with relief and replied “An Act of God.” Needless to say our test for that class is being pushed back to next week. So this is what I’ve learned this week younger professors need to take note from the more ripened ones and enjoy the little things in life, because you never know when an Act of God is gonna hit. This is Aggie Girl Hannah trying to wrap up last week’s blogging this week.
