Whattta Weekend!

This weekend was huge for New Mexico State and me! Where to start...where to start?!? First, the Admissions office put on an amazing day for all those up and coming Aggies.  Aggie Experience was a huge hit, over 750 students came to campus and was introduced to everything from residence halls to the wonderful grill cheese sandwiches at TAOS. Current Aggies provided a big help volunteering to give campus tours and speak about their own experiences studying here at NMSU. A big thanks to everyone that was able to come and all of those amazing volunteers.

Second, a big congratulations to our Aggie football program they beat the University of New Mexico Lobos 16-14 on Saturday evening! What a fourth quarter! Student tailgating was also on and poppin! There were at least four different DJs at all different areas of the extravaganza, amazing food, and some really awesome school spirit all over campus on Saturday afternoon!!!

Sunday afternoon was a little less exciting.  It was another long day at the library getting ahead for the week.  I am glad that I have started this little regiment on the weekends.  It’s only taken eight semesters but I am finally all caught up during the week and can really just enjoy my week days this semester!:)
